Holy Week celebrations

Services in celebration of Holy Week and Easter are being held at the St Christopher’s Cathedral in Manama from today until Sunday.
A one-hour Good Friday service of reflection at the foot of the cross and some children’s activities will be held at 9.30am today.
At 8am tomorrow there will be morning prayer and reflection and at 6pm an Easter Vigil ceremony featuring the lighting of the first light of Easter.
In celebration of Easter Day there will be Holy Communion at 7am and 11am, a family service tea party with an Easter egg hunt at 4pm and an evening service with Holy Communion at 6pm.
On Sunday there will also be a service at 5.30am at the National Evangelical Church, Manama and at 9.30am Holy Communion at Awali Church. All are welcome. For more information contact the cathedral on 17253866.
